Scope: Shoot Production Scope: $180,000.00: 2 day shoot, Director Fees and Costs, Line Producer, 1st AC, Production Manager, Production Coordinator, Gaffer, Location Scout, Location Fees, Permits, Wardrobe (talent were encouraged to bring their own clothes), Medic (1st AD), PAs, key Grip, Audio, COVID Assurance, Production Trucking, Craft Services, Equipment Rental (Camera, Sound, Lighting, Grip, Walkies), video village/additional monitor, Photographer/Photography Library Buy Out (negotiable), Talent casting, 11 OCP (Talent session and usage combined-Use: 3 months bcast,social, online video, GSTV/Industrial- use maybe non-consecutive. Talent to estimate Ciinema, POS and OOH as a break out which would be paid and used at a later date. Additional break out/line item for reupping the above 3 months use- All breakouts to be negotiated up front).- 6-7 locations.
Final Post production Deliverables- Budget: $45,000.00: 2- :30s and 2- :15s broadcast and/or streaming videos with 12-15 additional deliverables based of various specs, 6-10 :06-:15 social posts (video and stills).
Custom Music: Current $13,000.00
Timing: 9.5 weeks- Including research and director calls, talent negotiation, audio research, set design, shoot, post.
