Hanes: Follow That Sock
Using actual Hanes socks, we created a lovable character- Edwin, and his family and featured them in a stop-motion animated video that documented their experiences- following Edwin thru his Disney World adventures.
· Scope: Build a loyalty campaign utilizing a mobile-centric website and MMS program designed to 1.) house the featured video, 2.) provide users with ability to register for the sweepstake and gain additional points, and 3.) tell the continuing narrative and keep the user engaged.
· Budget: $80K for site build and $80K for the back-end sweeps and MMS program
· Timing: 6.5 months- wires, UX and design exploration, back end site and sweeps/MMS dev, design and create final assets for site, MMS and media strategy matrix, 6 week sweeps program.

My role was to maintain processes and manage scope over the projects lifecycle- from wires to final dev, design, and launch of the site and MMS.
Coordinated daily stand up with back end sweeps dev and managment team, UX and dev team, and internal Creative Technologies and QA.
Worked with the Account team on a weekly brief with the full internal team and Clients- evaluated feedback and provided impact reports on creative, timing and budget.
Worked with back end sweeps team and Creative Technologies to determine the ways of entry, the effects on UX and defining user flow of MMS and the site.
Coordinated with the Media strategist team on creating a OLA and social post matrix and cadence that would parallel the MMS and site image post-
Basically following Edwin Sock around the Walt Disney World park on his day’s adventure- posting content over the course of the 6 week Sweepstakes.
Finally, created MMS content (shooting back plates at the park and comping them up with keyed out Edwin images) as well as jumping in and help design the plethora of content that would be used in the social/OLA post.
