In 1990, I began working as a Producer/Photo assistant in NYC. My first Broadcast Assistant Producer project was in 1993 working in Hi-8 video with Savion Glover and Sand Man on a Capezio Dance Wear commercial. I then moved into Fashion-Portrait Photography assisting photographers such as Bert Stern, Mary Ellen Mark, David LaChapelle, Michael O’Neil, Christian Witkin and many others. My own work has appeared in Harper’s Baazar, Mademoiselle, Seventeen, and Marie Claire among other publications. Moving back to Richmond in 2002, I worked with the Martin Agency, shooting projects for Geico, Dominion Power, and an award winning Dick Gerdes ad. After Martin won the Walmart Account in Dec. 2006, Martin hired me full time as an Art Producer and I was recognized as Walmart’s Art Producer of the Year my first year. Thru my time at Martin, I diversified my skill set to incorporate VO/Radio record, digital, video, social, and a full spectrum of animation, illustration and photography production.
